We write further to your request which was received on 9 October 2019 and which states:

"I would like a copy of Manx Utilities Project / implementation plan following receipt of the Storm Geometrics Independant report done on Laxey River during 2016."

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested.

Storm Geomatics were engaged by Manx Utilities to carry out a topographical survey of the river and were not on site in any other capacity. The topographical data collected formed part of a planned process within the national strategy on Sea Defences Flooding and Coastal Erosion (which can be found on the Department Environment Food and Agriculture (DEFA) website link provided here).
