This is because there has been no correspondence, meetings held, or subsequent minutes taken, involving Manx Utilities with its Chairman or Chief Executive with Mr Robin Bromley Martin and/or Ramsey Marina Ltd . Regarding question 4, Manx Utilities first became aware of the current Ramsey Marina proposal mid May 2018 following an approach by Port Evolution and Development (Africa) Limited (PEDA). No further design information has been provided.
