Dear ###

We write further to your request which was received on 14 December 2018 and which states:

"Please would you let me know the detailed results of the Building Survey performed on Glenfaba House (IM5 3AD) as a result of the details on the Government Procurement Portal dated 29 June 2018?"

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Manx Utilities does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested. This is because we are still awaiting this survey report and therefore do not yet hold the detailed results you require. We can advise you that a contractor was appointed to undertake the survey to Manx National Heritage (MNH) requirements and reporting standards and the report, when completed, will be lodged with MNH as part of the site development process and will be publically available.
