We write further to your request, received 2 April 2025, which states:

"Please provide -
The number of full-time and part-time posts (permanent or temporary) allocated specifically or primarily to the Cair vie windfarm project,
An estimate of officer time (in staff hours or FTE equivalents) spent across various department engagements since its inception,
* The departmental units or agencies involved in the project to date." While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Manx Utilities does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find some of the information that you have requested.
I have detailed below the information that is held.

MU currently has one full time member of staff allocated specifically to the windfarm project. Support and assistance is provided (as needed) from other MU departments and various departments across Government; however, we do not hold records of time spent by all staff/officers involved in the project. MU and Government departmental units or agencies involved in the windfarm project to date include, but are not limited to: Manx Utilities: Executive Energy Transition Network Services Technical Support Energy Trading Human Resources

Procurement/Stores Finance Data Protection & Information Health and Safety Generation IOM Government: Department of Infrastructure (DOI) Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture (DEFA) Department of Home Affairs (DHA) Treasury
