Thank you for your online application dated 8 February 2018 requesting the following information:

I would like a copy of the most recent design concept plans for the proposed Sewage Treatment Works at the Glenfaba House site, showing the number and approximate location of the Integrated Rotating Biological Contactors, and associated plant, machinery and buildings.

Response To Your Request

Whilst our aim is to provide information wherever possible, in this instance, under section 11(3)a of the Act, we confirm that Manx Utilities does not hold the information you have requested. This is because there are currently no design concept drawings for the proposed STW at the Glenfaba house site as the Consulting Engineer has only recently been appointed and is currently in the early phase of data collection.

However, we can advise you that when a proposed outline design is ready, full consultation will take place through both the Peel Town Commissioners and by public exhibition prior to the formal submission of the details for planning permission. This is likely to be some time in June 2018.
