We write further to your request which was received on the 26th September 2019 and which states:
"How many times has Michael Hurley, current leading the area plan for the east inquiry been employed in any capacity by the government and in particular the Department of Environment Food and Agriculture?"
The work done by Mr Hurley is related to planning appeals and enquires and these are functions of the Cabinet Office. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Department does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested. You may wish to submit a new request to the Cabinet Office who I have been advised should be able to help you. They will however only be able to respond with information that they hold. If you require information from other areas of government you will have to submit separate requests to those areas.
