Dear ###
We write further to your request which was received on 24 September 2019 and which states:
"Please let me have copies of the relevant orders made by the Department restricting the speed limit on the public highway from Fisher's Hill, to the Shore Hotel, Gansey - (a) to 20 mph; and (b) to 10mph" While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find some of the information that you have requested. We did not issue any temporary speed restriction orders or emergency speed restriction orders for the area specified to a 20 mph limit and there were no temporary speed restriction orders issued to 10 mph. We did however issue two emergency speed restriction orders to 10 mph and copies of these are attached as requested. Please quote the reference number 975821 in any future communications.
