Dear ###
We write further to your request which was received on 13 September 2019 and which states:
"Please provide any communication or minutes of meetings (both internal and with Ramsey Town Commissioners) relating to the Parking Enforcement in Ramsey town and the delegation of powers to Ramsey Town Commissioners and/or their representatives"
We have attached, as Appendices, email ‘trails’ which discuss the parking controllers in Ramsey and the training of the two operatives appointed. There is also a copy of the warrants for those operatives. No notes or minutes were captured from the training sessions which were simply training delivery. These items are all subsequent to 1st January 2016, although some detail from prior to this date is included in the email ‘trail’. There may appear to be gaps in the dates of the email trail; this is because these documents are the only ones which were filed under a subject, any other emails, having little operational content, have been deleted in line with the email retention policy of the relevant team. Please note that the personal data of third parties has been redacted in order to protect their rights to privacy under the Data Protection Act 2018 (Applied GDPR).
Please quote the reference number 958765 in any future communications.
