Please provide: 1. The most recent statistics regarding re-conviction of offenders who served sentences of imprisonment at the Isle of Man Prison and the previous calculation of the same. 2. The methodology used to collect the data used in these calculations and the methodology relating to the calculation itself. 3. Specifically; a) whether the headline re-conviction figures are calculated using a common data collection and calculation methodology as re-conviction statistics published in other European countries, b) whether the Isle of Man re-conviction statistics include all persons sentenced to custody in the Isle of Man Prison by Isle of Man Courts, c) whether the Isle of Man re-conviction statistics relate to further convictions in the Isle of Man Courts only or include convictions in courts in other jurisdictions, d) whether Isle of Man re-conviction statistics include or exclude persons convicted in the Isle of Man Courts but whose ordinary place of domicile is in the UK and the offender is released to a UK address, e) whether the Isle of Man re-conviction statistics include or exclude offenders subject to an Isle of Man Exclusion Order.
