I am requesting all meeting notes, minutes, papers, assessments, impact assessments, lists of key dates, documents (in whatever form), requisition notes, sign off/authorisation forms and phone transcriptions, agreements and contracts, heads of terms as well as any other documents that are information pertaining to the ITV programme, The Best Little Prison in Britain TV programme. Please include any correspondence between Home Affairs and the Council of Ministers and the Chief Minister, and well the Prison Governor and Department for Enterprise and any information on the aforementioned pertaining specifically to The Best Little Prison in Britain TV programme.
