Response
Any party afforded powers to appeal against a planning decision must do so in accordance with the criteria set down in statute: https://www.gov.im/media/1029704/towncountryplanningdevelopment_proced ureno2order2013.pdf - Section 8(1) refers. There is no instrument to extend the 21 day period in which an appeal can be lodged, consequently there have been no extensions.
