I am writing to make a freedom of information request for all the information to which I am entitled under the relevant Freedom of Information provisions. Please send me: 1) The total number of eviction notices served by the Department of Infrastructure, broken down by year, since 2014. 2) The grounds for each eviction notice served since 2014, broken down by category. Firstly, the question relates to the Department of Infrastructure's Housing properties, not Commercial properties. Secondly, may I request the total number of 'notices to quit' served since 2014?

Response to your request The Department’s aim is to provide information whenever possible. However, it is worth noting that the information held by the Department only provides it with a breakdown of the grounds for a “Notice to Quit” into categories of “Rent Arrears” or “Other”. As such, the answers to your questions have been broken down into these two categories.
