We write further to your request which was received on 2 April 2019 and which states:

Our response to your request is as follows: I have detailed below the information that is currently held by the Department. Notice to Satisfy The Department has written to parents requiring them to provide confirmation that their child/children are receiving suitable education on the following number of occasions: Home Education = 4 School register = 0
School Attendance Orders The Department has served the following number of school attendance orders to parents requiring them to register their child/children at a school named in the school attendance order: Home education = 0 School register = 0 Fixed Penalty Notice The total number of fixed penalty notices issued to parents of children who are registered at a school and have failed to attend regularly are: Home education = 0 School register = 63
