We write further to your request which was received on 4 March 2019 and which states:
"A copy of the Report as requested by the Chief Minister by Her Majestys Custom and Excise as to how the Manx Government were treating vat on planes being registered here?"
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Cabinet Office does not hold the information that you have requested. The report is still awaited from Her Majesty's Treasury in the United Kingdom.
