Reply: Apologies for not being clearer. The Endowment Committee decides on people who are in need, so they GIVE coal, money for gas, food etc. I trust this answers your question.

We write further to your request which was received on the 23rd January 2019 which states:

“Question 1: 1. Can you advise the list of Endowment Committees still existing? Question 2: 2. The balance in each one. Question 3: 3. The amount they gave out in the last 12 months ending 31st Dec 2018. Clarification sought: Regarding question 3: Can you confirm do you mean 'gave to' the Department?
