"Two questions: Which charities/organisations/charitable causes have benefited from donations by the Gubay Foundation over the past three years? How much money has been allocated/distributed by the Gubay Foundation since January 2016?"

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested. The Albert Gubay Charitable Foundation and the Albert Gubay Charitable Foundation no 2 are both registered charities. As such, the accounts for the periods requested are required to be filed at the Charities Registry and the Attorney General’s Chambers does not hold the information. You may wish to contact the Charities Registry at the Department for Enterprise who may be able to help you www.gov.im/charities
