We write further to your request which was received on 3 January 2019 and which states:
"How many properties have been purchased in the last 12 months with the benefit of HPAS Clarification: was sought by the Department since the House Purchase Assistance Scheme (HPAS) was revoked and replaced by the Shared Equity Purchase Assistance (First Home Fixed) Scheme 2014 and the Shared Equity Purchase Assistance (First Home Choice) Scheme 2014. You confirmed by return that you wished to know how many properties have been purchased in the last 12 months with the benefit of the current Schemes for first time buyer assistance."
The information you have requested is provided below. The number of properties that have been purchased between 23 December 2017 to 22 December 2018 with the benefit of the; - Shared Equity Purchase Assistance (First Home Fixed) Scheme 2014 is 17 - Shared Equity Purchase Assistance (First Home Choice) Scheme 2014 is 13 Therefore, the total number of properties purchased in the specified period with assistance under either of the current Schemes for first time buyers is 30.
