We write further to your request which was received on 8 January 2019 and which states:

"1. I would like to request copies of the annual road inspection reports carried out on the A36 between 2010 and 2018. Specifcally within 200meter in both directions of the following coordinates; 54.110198,-4.726905 2. Please can i also request details of any road repairs carried out at the above coordinates."

Although the Freedom of Information Act 2015 states that we only have to supply information created on or from 11 October 2011, because the data was easily accessible, the decision has been taken to enclose a copy of all the information that you requested going back to 2010. Under section s25 (absolutely exempt personal information) of the FOI Act we have redacted the names of third parties, such as the inspectors and record officers because this is third party personal data and not relevant to your questions. 1. Please see Appendix 1 2. Please see Appendix 2 Please note that these reports, which are printouts from our Symology System, refer to the A36 area in question as Ballakillowey.
