The above questions are not requests for information that is held but are questions that require explanatory answers to be created and that is not the purpose of the Freedom of Information Act Section 8(3) of the Act states: 8. Right of access to information held by public authorities (3) Nothing in this Act requires a public authority to — (a) create or derive information from information that it holds; (b) undertake research into, or analysis of, information that it holds; Request 6. Does Tel have planning permission for the fine removal plant of fines from the picking line and is it licensed for use on site." Response All information in relation to planning approvals is publicly available through the online Planning Service here https://services.gov.im/planning-applications/ Information that is accessible to an applicant by other means is absolutely exempt from release under section 20 of the the Freedom of Information Act.
