For clarity, the two parts of your question have been answered separately below. 1. Has the investigation into the accident involving Steve Mercer and a Course Inspector Car at TT 2018 been completed? I can confirm that the investigation has not yet been completed and remains ongoing at this time. 2. Will the report be published in full? The report will be partly published. We are likely to be able to release a factual report upon completion of the investigation or any action which might take place as a consequence of it.
