Please could the Treasury disclose, on a month-by-month basis from April 2016 to the latest month for which information is available: 1) the total amount, in GBP, of VAT refunded on the import of aircraft into the European Union via the Isle of Man; 2) the number of refund claims submitted on the import of such aircraft; 3) the number of such aircraft which received a 100% VAT refund.

I write further to your request dated 20th December 2018. Your request You asked as follows:- “Please could the Treasury disclose, on a month-by-month basis from April 2016 to the latest month for which information is available: 1) the total amount, in GBP, of VAT refunded on the import of aircraft into the European Union via the Isle of Man; 2) the number of refund claims submitted on the import of such aircraft; 3) the number of such aircraft which received a 100% VAT refund.” You subsequently agreed that you would accept the data on a quarterly basis for the period 1st April 2016 to 31st December 2018.
