Dear ###

We write further to your request which was received on 3 December 2018 and which states:

"Are there timetables of lessons available for class 1AP Castle Rushen High School from September 1974 if so can you send a copy please? Please provide a list of teachers that taught class 1 AP CRHS from September 1974."

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Department does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested. This is because class 1AP no longer exists at the School and any past lesson timetables and lists of class teachers have been disposed of under the Department’s records retention policy. In addition, and by way of advice and assistance for any future freedom of information requests, please note that information can only be requested under the Act if it is created on or after 11 October 2011.
