The information which you have requested is detailed below; Response 1. What was the tax arrears at 1 Nov 2018? The amount of income tax still outstanding as at 1 November 2018 where the debt has been outstanding for six months or longer is as follows; Resident Tax £11,399,678 Company Tax £2,871,197 Non Resident Tax £497,073 Total £14,767,948 2. What was the NI arrears at 1 Nov 2018? The amount of NI contributions still outstanding as at 19 November 2018 and arrears are classed as debt which is older than 6 months is as follows; Class 1 £1,648,234 Class 4 £2,444,812 Total £4,093,046

Please note arrears are classed as debt which is older than 6 months and the dates
provided are the dates of the last reports produced relating to these outstanding
amounts.
