Our response to your request is as follows: The data from January 2015 to December 2017 relates to Noble’s Hospital and data from January 2018 onwards includes Ambulance Services and Ramsey District Cottage Hospital, following restructuring within the DHSC. Please be advised that based on the numbers below, 0.12% of all patient contacts result in a complaint.
