We write further to your request which was received on 7 November 2018 and which states:

The Lease you have requested is attached. I can confirm that this is the main lease and there are no additional agreements. The lease does not contain renewal terms, lease extension terms and re-tendering clauses; within the attached lease is a break clause which, for convenience, we have also provided below.
