Please provide a summary of all vitamin D test results by month (or calendar quarter) for the last 5 years, categorised as follows: - Deficient ( < 25 nmol/L), - Insufficient (25-50 nmol/L), - Sufficient (50-150 nmol/L) and - High (> 150 nmol/L).
Our response to your request is as follows: The requested information is attached to this response. Please note that the categories that you have requested the information to be displayed in differ from those collected by Nobles Hospital. Nobles use the ranges set out by the British Endocrinology Society. For comprehensiveness, the data has been exported to include both sets of ranges.
