Our response to your request is as follows: Please find below data we hold regarding the number of incidents of self-harm in the Prison from the year 2011 to the present day. June – December 2013 = 5 January – December 2014 = 13 January – December 2015 = 8 January – December 2016 = 8 January – March 2017 = 2
