Recently it was reported that the Isle of Man's population had grown. Over the last seven years, how many new Isle of Man residents have taken up a position in the Isle of Man's schools? Please list this information by year and in the following manner: - Total new residents as a number each year - Percentage of the total of new residents that have taken up a position in an Isle of Man school (also by number and by school)

We write further to your request which was received on 3 September 2018 and which states:

"Recently it was reported that the Isle of Man's population had grown. Over the last seven years, how many new Isle of Man residents have taken up a position in the Isle of Man's schools? Please list this information by year and in the following manner: - Total new residents as a number each year - Percentage of the total of new residents that have taken up a position in an Isle of Man school (also by number and by school)"
