My property: Gloccamorra, Douglas Head Road, Douglas Incident: Oil spill from land owned by Manx Radio - February 2018 In February 2018 there was a significant oil leak from a tank on land owned by Manx Radio. This incident caused oil to seep and collect on both my property Gloccamorra, Douglas Head, Douglas and land adjoining my property called Stanley House plot. Subsequently the contaminated material was removed from the Stanley House plot. Please provide full details including names and dates of all officers/employees/agents of the Department, as may be applicable, who attended at either Manx Radio, Stanley House plot or Gloccamorra at the time of the incident and subsequently in respect of the oil leaks. Please provide full details of any orders, directions, requests or conditions imposed or made by the Department in respect of the incident. Please confirm the position of the Department as to whether Gloccamorra was in a habitable condition following the incident from the records in your possession. Please provide copies of all documents, correspondence and notices, etc, in respect of the above that you are capable of providing.

We write further to your request which was received on the 23rd August 2018 and which states:

"My property: Gloccamorra, Douglas Head Road, Douglas Incident: Oil spill from land owned by Manx Radio - February 2018 In February 2018 there was a significant oil leak from a tank on land owned by Manx Radio. This incident caused oil to seep and collect on both my property Gloccamorra, Douglas Head, Douglas and land adjoining my property called Stanley House plot. Following our telephone conversation today this request has been withdrawn as the incorrect date was noted. I confirm that a request has been received with the correct date and that will be processed in due course. This letter is simply to inform you formally of the closure of this, incorrect, request. Please quote the reference number 585333 in any future communications in relation to this request.
