While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, under section 20 of the Act, we are not required to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible to you, whether free of charge or on payment of a fee. The information that you have requested is already available and accessible from the following internet link: https://www.gov.im/about-the-government/departments/education-sport-and- culture/privacy-notice/ By way of advice and assistance if you do not have access to the internet at home via your own equipment, supported online access is available at the IoM Welcome Centre, located at the Sea Terminal on Douglas Promenade, where there is a room with 4 computers and internet access. Please quote the reference number 547833 in any future communications.
