Dear ###

We write further to your request which was received on 20 July 2018 and which states:

"Please provide a breakdown in respect of the Government owned freehold properties at which Government employees work to set out details of those which are equipped with (i) showers (ii) changing facilities and (iii) dedicated pedal cycle storage. What plans the Department has to introduce or make available within the central Douglas area any of the above-facilities to (a) Government employees; or (b) the public at large."

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested.

The Department has a list of around 867 Government properties it manages. However that list does not include reference to amenities either within or outside the buildings, primarily because these often change according to the requirements of the occupants. The Department currently has no recorded plans to introduce such facilities in Douglas. For these reasons, the Department does not hold the information you are seeking.

Please quote the reference number 542533 in any future communications.
