Dear resident,
Notice of commencement of Derby Square phase 2 traffic management measures
We advise that, in connection with the next phase of construction works at 28–30 Derby Square, a phase 2 traffic management order (TMO) is due be implemented. The TMO is necessary to maintain road safety and to manage the safe and efficient movement of vehicles, site operatives, and pedestrians during the works. Details of the traffic management order are available on the UK One Network website.
The traffic management arrangements have been developed in coordination with the Department of Infrastructure, our transport consultants, and neighbouring developers on Derby Square. Following feedback, the scope of parking restrictions originally proposed for phase 2 has been reduced in order to limit disruption to residents and road users where practicable.
These measures form part of a coordinated approach to managing construction activity within Derby Square while maintaining appropriate access and safety standards.
Should you have any specific concerns relating to access or safety during the construction period, please contact us on 494368 or via email at admin@foresthomes.im.
Yours faithfully,
Paul Doyle Director Forest Homes Developments Ltd
