Please provide copies of all current policies and any historic policies, procedures, guidance, and associated privacy documentation from the last ten years relating to the use of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) at Isle of Man Airport (Ronaldsway Airport). For the avoidance of doubt, 'historic' refers to any superseded, withdrawn, or replaced documents that were previously in force during this period. This request includes, but is not limited to, documents that set out: * The purposes for which CCTV is used at the airport * The categories of individuals whose images may be captured, including passengers, members of staff, contractors, and visitors * How CCTV footage relating to passengers, staff, and contractors may be used, monitored, reviewed, shared, or disclosed * Responsibility for, and control over, CCTV systems and footage, including identification of the data controller(s) and any joint controllers * Governance, oversight, and accountability arrangements for CCTV use * Data retention periods for CCTV footage, including any differences in retention periods for passengers, staff, or contractors * Access controls, authorisation processes, and audit arrangements for viewing or disclosing CCTV footage * Measures in place to ensure compliance with data protection and privacy legislation, including privacy notices, data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), codes of practice, and transparency measures If the information is held across more than one document or format, please provide all relevant documents, including any appendices or schedules. We write further to your request, received 6 February 2026, which states:

"Please provide copies of all current policies and any historic policies, procedures, guidance, and associated privacy documentation from the last ten years relating to the use of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) at Isle of Man Airport (Ronaldsway Airport).
