Please would you provide my with a breakdown of immigration work visas issued for retail and hospitakity sectors on the IOM, from 01 January 2020 to present day.
Also, please provide a subcategory data list of countries of origin of the aforementioned work visa holders.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Department of Home Affairs does not hold the information that you have requested.

However, you may wish to submit a further Freedom of Information request to Treasury (Passports, Immigration and Nationality Services) as they may be able to help you.
