We write further to your request, received 25 November 2025, which states:

"Please could you provide details of the traffic light sequencing at A3 Ballacraine Crossroads on 3rd March 2023 in which our client was involved in an accident. If you hold any CCTV of the junction on that day we would be grateful to receive it."

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find some of the information that you have requested. The Department does not hold CCTV footage for the requested area, as no cameras are installed there.

Attached in Appendix 1 is the traffic light sequencing taken from the specification, showing phases, stages, green conflicts and maximum and minimum green times.
