We write further to your request, received 27 October 2025, which states:

"Who did the DOI appoint as consultants when they leased the land/berth upon which they have built the new terminal please."

Our response to your request is as follows: I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

The project consultants for the design and project management of the facility were: Turner and Townsend provided Project Management services. They also provided Client Agent and NEC Site Supervision Services.

The Manser Practice was the Architect working with Aecom as sub-consultants. Aecom provided the cost consultancy and civil and structural engineering consultancy services.
