We write further to your request which was received on 13 June 2018 and which states:
"Of children 11-18 on island currently attending CAMHS (Child Adolescent Mental Health Service) or on the CAMHS waiting list, what percentage are on roll at each of the island's secondary schools and Isle of Man college." While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, the Department is refusing this part of your request on the grounds of a practical refusal reason under section 11 of the Act. This is because your request is in fact seeking information from the Department which we do not hold or have access to i.e. the waiting list or caseload of CAMHS. Therefore as there is no information to disclose by this Department we are satisfied that your request should be refused on the grounds of a practical refusal reason under the provisions of section 11(3) (a) of the Act:- (a) the public authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that the applicant has requested However, you may wish to contact the Department of Health and Social Care who may be able to help you.
