We write further to your request, received 14 October 2025, which states:

"Please supply a copy of the unpublished litigation manual that includes generic policies and procedures to independently review compliance with the duty of candour, the duty to assist the court, etc."

Our response to your request is as follows: I have enclosed a copy of the Litigation Manual that is being released to you.

Please note that the Litigation Manual is a living document and remains subject to annual review. The current review process is ongoing, following consideration of litigation conduct by the Isle of Man Government, and the implementation of a new legal case management system in December. As a result, certain operational sections of the Manual are in the process of being updated to reflect these developments.
