I would like to obtain the full filings for an application to alter land on Mines Road (IM4), directly before the boundary to the village of Agneash. I would like to receive, if it is possible, all appeals both for and against the application, filed by the individual and opposing parties. The land alteration application is in conjunction with the applicant's intent to open 3 new agricultural open spaces, with entrances concealed in between hedges running continuously along the East and West of the road.

We write further to your request received 7 October 2025, which states:
"I would like to obtain the full filings for an application to alter land on Mines Road (IM4), directly before the boundary to the village of Agneash. I would like to receive, if it is possible, all appeals both for and against the application, filed by the individual and opposing parties. The land alteration application is in conjunction with the applicant's intent to open 3 new agricultural open spaces, with entrances concealed in between hedges running continuously along the East and West of the road."

The Department of Infrastructure does not hold the requested information, as it is not the owner of the land in question. Additionally, matters relating to planning applications fall under the remit of the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture’s Planning and Building Control Directorate.
