"Please could you provide a summary of applications received by immigration route for the period from 1 April 2025 to 30 September 2025 in the same format as Table 15 of the Isle of `Man in Numbers 2024. Please could you also provide a summary of visas issued for the same period in the same format."

Appendix 2 The number of applications approved by immigration route for the period 1 April 2025 to 30 September 2025.

Please note some of the information in appendix 2 which is subject to disclosure contains personal information. In this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because it is absolutely exempt under section 25 of the Act (absolutely exempt personal information).

The information to which the exemption has been applied includes information which if disclosed poses the risk of identification of these individuals, who can be indirectly identified from the information in combination with other information from other available sources.

The reasons why this exemption applies are that:

• The Treasury is satisfied that the information amounts to personal data of which you are not the data subject; and

• The Treasury is satisfied that disclosure of the information would contravene one of the data protection principles as set out at Article 5 of the General Data protection Regulation as it applies in the Isle of Man pursuant to the Data Protection (Application of GDPR) Order 2018, namely that the Treasury can only disclose the information where it would be fair, lawful and meet one of the conditions for lawful processing in Article 6 and in this case, none of those conditions have been met.
