Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally request access to the following information under the relevant provisions of public transparency and access to information legislation (e.g., Isle of Man Freedom of Information Act): 1) The audited financial accounts of the National Sports Centre for the current accounting year and the immediately two prior accounting years. This should include, but not be limited to: 1.1) Statement of comprehensive income (profit and loss) 1.2) Statement of financial position (balance sheet) 1.3) Statement of cash flows 1.4) Notes to the accounts and auditor's report 1.5) Any supplementary schedules or management commentary deemed relevant 2) Detailed attendance data for the 'Swing and Things' sessions held over the past 48 months, specifying: 2.1) The number of attendees per session 2.2) The date of each session 2.3) The venue or location (if multiple venues are used) 2.4) Any demographic or categorisation data collected (e.g., age group, membership status), if available and not in breach of data protection regulations This information is requested for the purposes of public accountability, research, and community interest in the operations and utilisation of publicly funded sports facilities. 1.3) Statement of cash flows

1.4) Notes to the accounts and auditor's report

1.5) Any supplementary schedules or management commentary deemed relevant

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the information is not held in respect of 1.4 and 1.5 of your request. Please find enclosed a copy of the information that is held for the years ending 2023, 2024 and 2025 in respect of 1.1-1.3 of your request.

2) Detailed attendance data for the 'Swing and Things' sessions held over the past 48 months, specifying:

2.1) The number of attendees per session

2.2) The date of each session

2.3) The venue or location (if multiple venues are used)

2.4) Any demographic or categorisation data collected (e.g., age group, membership status), if available and not in breach of data protection regulations

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the information is not held in the level of detail requested. By way of advice and assistance

please find enclosed a copy of the information that is held, titled attendance data for Swings and Things sessions.

By way of advice and assistance the sessions are held at the National Sports Centre, predominantly in Main Sports Hall and the Secondary Sports Hall.
