"Please provide official notes and/or statements relating to the interview carried referenced in FOI 3415754. Please advise how many interviews were carried out and with how many people."

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested.

Upon reviewing FOI 3415754 the department has been unable to find any reference of interviews being conducted .

The department carried out searches for any interviews held in reference to FOI 3415754 and the fact-finding exercise that was released in relation to that request. These searches resulted in no recorded interviews being identified. Please quote the reference number 4849837 in any future communications.
