Hi Manx Care, Please could you produce a list of the amount of times per month a staff member has travelled on the Isle of Man Air Ambulance as a passenger when they have not been a member of the clinical team? How many times has a clinical team travelled to Uk but has not returned back to the IOM on the same return trip? Is it possible for the manifests to be released ? Please can you have this for the last 5 years !

We write further to your request received 4 August 2025, which states:

"Hi Manx Care,

Please could you produce a list of the amount of times per month a staff member has travelled on the Isle of Man Air Ambulance as a passenger when they have not been a member of the clinical team?

How many times has a clinical team travelled to UK but has not returned back to the IOM on the same return trip?

Is it possible for the manifests to be released?

Please can you have this for the last 5 years!”

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Manx Care is unable to provide the information you have requested. This is in line with section 11(3)a of the Act, as a practical refusal reason applies; namely we do not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested.
