We write further to your request received 15 July 2025, which states:
"Please can you confirm how many children or Adults have died from measles year by year for the last 30 years in the Isle of Man.
Please can you also detail any patients who have died with measles in the last 30 years split year by year."

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested.
However, you may wish to contact the Cabinet Office, who may be able to help you, specifically Public Health who gather information on all infectious diseases across the population.
