· Of the four FAW complaints between January 2021 to May 2025 which you have advised [within FOI reference 4680133] resulted in a 'upheld' outcome, how many resulted in the employee they were 'upheld' against [the respondent] consequently being issued with a formal 'standards letter' instructing the employee of future expectations as per the 'teachers standards' and/or 'code of conduct' and warning none adherence with the written instructions would result in disciplinary action constituting gross misconduct ? · Of the four FAW complaints between January 2021 to May 2025 which you have advised [within FOI reference 4680133] resulted in a 'upheld' outcome, how many resulted in the employee they were 'upheld' against [the respondent] being consequentially subjected to disciplinary action ? · Of the four FAW complaints between January 2021 to May 2025 which you have advised [within FOI reference 4680133] resulted in a 'upheld' outcome, what consequential result did the employee they were 'upheld' against [the respondent] have communicated to them ? if such were not a 'standards letter' nor 'disciplinary action' as above. · Of the four FAW complaints between January 2021 to May 2025 which you have advised [within FOI reference 4680133] resulted in a 'upheld' outcome, how many of the employees they were 'upheld' against [the respondent] were also trade union representatives ? · Of the four FAW complaints between January 2021 to May 2025 which you have advised [within FOI reference 4680133] resulted in a 'upheld' outcome, what post/grade did the employees they were 'upheld' against [the respondent] hold ?

We write further to your request, received 8 July 2025, which states:

• "Of the four FAW complaints between January 2021 to May 2025 which you have advised [within FOI reference 4680133] resulted in a 'upheld' outcome, how many resulted in the employee they were 'upheld' against [the respondent] consequently being issued with a formal 'standards letter' instructing the employee of future expectations as per the 'teachers standards' and/or 'code of conduct' and warning none adherence with the written instructions would result in disciplinary action constituting gross misconduct?

• Of the four FAW complaints between January 2021 to May 2025 which you have advised [within FOI reference 4680133] resulted in a 'upheld' outcome, what post/grade did the employees they were 'upheld' against [the respondent] hold?" While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide any the information you have requested because it is absolutely exempt under section 25(2)(b) of the Freedom of Information Act 2015 (absolutely exempt personal information). The reasons why that exemption applies are that:

• The Cabinet Office is satisfied that the information amounts to personal data of which you are not the data subject; and • The Cabinet Office is satisfied that disclosure of the information would contravene one of the data protection principles as set out at Article 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation as it applies in the Isle of Man pursuant to the Data Protection (Application of GDPR) Order 2018, namely that the Cabinet Office can only disclose the information where it would be fair, lawful and meet one of the conditions for lawful processing in Article 6 and in this case, none of those conditions have been met. Please quote the reference number 4782145 in any future communications.
