We write further to your request, received 23 June 2025, which states:

"I would like to know how many concerns / complaints or reports Manx care are aware off in relation to the taxi company's used to transport patients from Liverpool airport to their onward medical appointment.

Complaints / reports specifically related to inappropriate touching / sexual advances or unwanted attention / assault by the taxi company personal to Manx cares patients."

Since 2019, Comcabs has provided just over 142,000 patient journeys under their contract with Manx Care. There has been a total of 21 concerns, complaints or reports from dissatisfied customers during this period.

From 2019 to date, we have received a total of 1 complaint that could fall under one or more of these categories.
