Original Request

Dear Cabinet Office, You previously provided data on the line items for CPI and RPI in a Freedom of Information Request with outcome date 22/02/2022. This was very helpful, and I would like to request an update to this data. The data already provided was to December 2021. I am writing to request the same data continuing from the previous date of December 2021, to the latest currently available, which as of the time of writing would be April 2025. I have provided more detail on the items I am requesting below but if there is any confusion you can also review the previous FOI request I mentioned above as I am requesting the same information over a different time period. Item 1 - Monthly index for every line item used in the CPI calculation from December 2021 to April 2025 Item 2 - Monthly index for every line item used in the RPI calculation from December 2021 to April 2025 Item 3 - Weights for any dates at which either the CPI or RPI indices were unlinked or chain linked, for reweighting or otherwise.
