"1. How many prison Governor adjudications have there been in the last 12 Months? 2 what is the percentage of prisoners found guilty after trial? 3. How many prisoners have appealed findings of guilt in the last 12 months? 4. How many of those appeals were successful?"

Our response to your request is as follows: I have detailed below the information that is being released to you. 1. Total number of Governor Adjudications 01.05.2017 to 30.04.2018 = 218 2. 170 prisoners were found guilty which equates to 78% (77.98%).
The information about the number of prisoners who have appealed their findings of guilt, and the result of these appeals is not stored in PIMS. With regards to questions 3 and 4, there have been no general applications submitted in the last 12 months to appeal against adjudication.
