Original Request
Please supply information to explain the policy and calculations formulas in disproportionate criminal and civil case costs and associated media coverage that amounts to defamation given a higher multiple of costs implies what must be a very very bad person compared to a domestic abuser or a burglar or a rapist and on what basis are costs to date not disclosed to litigants in person in contemporaneous costs management given that a legally unqualified litigant in person is likely to be very stressed by such undisclosed information and failure to operate contemporaneous costs management is an obvious human rights access to justice issue and affront to public conscience. For example: https://www.three.fm/news/isle-of-man-news/man-in-court-over-domestic-abuse/ a criminal domestic abuse case with a bad person ordered to pay £300 costs https://www.facebook.com/share/16RmJdub9x/ a criminal drugs case with a bad person ordered to pay £600 costs https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-isle-of-man-35232549 a civil costs order against the former AG to pay potentially unfairly padded £89000 costs with £0 to the court except initial court fees and therefore solely to the present AG on behalf of a third party funder with excessive inequitable control over the litigation process [Treasury]
