"1. In the last 10 years how many contested parking tickets have resulted in prosecution?

  1. Bearing in mind over £1 million is owed in unpaid parking tickets, in the last 10 years how many summonses have been issued to individuals, specifically for allegedly parking over an allowed time?

  2. Over the last 10 years how many other summonses have been issued for other parking violations - blocking lanes, parking on pavements, parking in disabled spaces, blocking entrances, parking on double yellow lines, parking too close to a corner etc"

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance a practical refusal reason applies under section 11(3)(a) of the Act [the public authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that the applicant has requested].
